Changzhou Kangpurui Launches Dewo OBF Smart Factory System
Changzhou Kangpurui Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. (Kangpurui), a national-level

China's automotive air conditioning compressor industry, officially launched the Dewo
OBF Smart Factory System on May 11, 2026, marking a key milestone in its digital and
intelligent transformation.
As the only domestic enterprise mastering three core compressor technologies—rotary
vane, piston, and scroll—Kangpurui boasts an annual production capacity of 1.2 million
units, with its rotary vane compressors ranking second in China's domestic market share.
Despite existing automated production lines and MES systems, the company faced
persistent pain points in on-site execution: inefficient real-time scheduling, poor anomaly
control, and inflexible production for high-mix, low-volume orders—challenges amplified
by surging new energy vehicle compressor demand.
To address these issues, Kangpurui partnered with Zhongzhijie Intelligence to deploy the
