The Community Room is where residents can gather for a variety of activities. A piano and flat panel television are available for the enjoyment of the residents.

Crawford Manor provides, at no cost, a Media Center for residents' use. The center is equipped with two computers, a printer, and high-speed internet connection. The room is available 24 hours a day.

The library located on the second floor, contains many books and magazines for residents reading pleasure. A librarian visits monthly.

A shelter house provides for hours of relaxation in the "great outdoors." The shelter house will comfortably seat 30 people for picnics or other outdoor activities and can also be reserved for private parties.

The main lobby is a comfortable area where residents can gather and engage in conversation. The lobby area offers a cozy atmosphere, complete with fireplace, for those who visit.

Another area that residents can use to enjoy time outside is under the canopy that protects the rear deck adjacent to the Community Room. Complete with picnic tables and benches, it makes summertime outdoors comfortable and relaxing.

Located on the main floor is the Beauty Shop which is open weekly for the convenience of residents.

A comfortable 8-passenger van complete with wheelchair lift transports residents to many outings. Weekly shopping excursions and trips to the market are just some of the things the van makes possible.

The Game room is located on the second floor. A treadmill and recumbent exercise bike, both Nordic Trac, are for the use of residents. A flat panel television is mounted in this area for residents to watch while they exercise.

Three laundry facilities are available for the use of residents.
